Shipping cost

Free shipping is available on orders over $100. For orders below $100, shipping costs are calculated or shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time varies by destination and product availability. Many orders arrive within 2-4 weeks after shipment. Remote areas, customs review, carrier delays, holidays, and weather can extend delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change an address, contact petboxok@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or shipped.
