Shipping Policy

Petboxok ships pet supplies and pet lifestyle products to eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase. Express shipping remains available for US$12 where offered. For destinations outside the U.S., shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

For U.S. orders, estimated transit time after shipment is around 7 days for small items and around 15 days for large items. These estimates start when your order ships, not when you place your order; order processing time is additional. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote areas, customs review, carrier delays, holidays, and weather may extend delivery time. For destinations outside the U.S., contact petboxok@outlook.com for an estimate before ordering.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change an address, contact petboxok@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and available options.
