Petboxok offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at petboxok@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet items, opened grooming products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
